July 6th, 2007…..one hundred years ago today in Coyocain, Mexico in La Casa Azul(the blue house)Frida Kahlo was born. Tonight the JEM gallery invites you to join in the celebration of the centenary of her birth as we honor her passion for life that continues to touch and influence artists and people alike worldwide. A glimpse of her inspiration can be viewed tonight as we give you an evening of “FRIDA”……art, installation and performance. Doors open at 7pm, performance @ 8:30.
